Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns as per the nature of our products, however you can contact us within 30 days after your item is shipped and we will do our best to resolve any dissatisfaction you might, which is quite unlikely, have and issue you a refund for the items. 

To initiate a refund request, please e-mail us at info@sabun.us with the information below along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. The reason for your request. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message. 
  2. Your order number
  3. Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or product used?  

You can always contact us for any refund question at info@sabun.us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and process your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
