    At Sabun Co., we create 100% handcrafted natural soap bars, with natural ingredients in a responsible manner to our planet. We use BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Packaging) for our soap bars that are made with natural ingredients.
    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, however, if there is something wrong with your items, we will be more than happy to assist you and offer a full or a partial refund.

        Currently, we offer UPS ground and USPS Priority..
          • What Are The International Taxes, Duties And Fees That I Have To Pay?
            All international taxes, duties and fees are our customer’s responsibility as they all change from country to country. You need to check with your local authorities to find out what you might be charged.
              • When Will I Receive My Order?
                We process all orders in 1 business day. If you placed an order on a weekend, we will process it the following business day. Based on your location, it might take up to 10 business days for you to receive your order. You will receive an e-mail once you place your order with a link to track your order, you may track the details anytime through the tracking system.
                  • What Would I Do If I Never Received My Order?
                    Please contact us with your order information, so we can investigate what went wrong and fix it as soon as possible. 
                      • What Do I Do If I Receive A Defective Order?
                        All orders are shipped in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. If your order gets damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

                            We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
